Can you cancel my order?

Yes, we are able to cancel most orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us at shop@heritera.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

Usually, no; but we can definitely cancel your order prior to fulfillment. Please contact us immediately with your order number at shop@heritera.com to cancel an order.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a brick and mortar store.

Is your website secure?

YES. On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server through Shopify that keeps your information safe. Just look for the little lock in your browser window.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
